In 1977, Helene’s Fine Art & Framing was established by James and Helene Neal, in Plano Texas.  It quickly became a passion for them and as Plano grew, so did the business.  The business moved to several different physical locations over 31 years. Unfortunately, the Neals were forced to close, along with many other businesses, at the end of 2009 due to the financial crisis in the country. Since then, Helene’s rather large inventory of original paintings, prints, and sculptures has been in storage. They have pieces from a large variety of artists and subject matter, ready for sale. Over 1,000 are already listed on Ebay.
